White Sorghum Flour (24oz)

Single origin, regeneratively grown whole grain white grain sorghum flour. Freshly milled to a very fine texture in our gluten free facility. White sorghum flour has a mild & sweet flavor that is a great addition to all-purpose gluten free flour blends and for up to 20% replacement of wheat flour based recipes to boost fiber and flavor. Protein content 8 – 11% by weight.
